Questions
Who qualifies?
Active duty service members, veterans and military retirees. VerifyPass checks your status. It takes a couple of minutes.
Do I have to verify every visit?
No. Verify once and the pass is good for 12 months. Sign in with your phone number when you book and the 10% comes off on its own.
What happens after a year?
Your pass ends 12 months after you verify. Verify again with VerifyPass and it's back on your account for another year.
Does everyone racing with me get it?
Yes. If you're on the bill, every race heat on that booking is 10% off.
What isn't included?
The racing licence and POV race video are full price, also inside a package. So are credit packs, race packs, the Turbo Pass, race sims, food, drinks and Game Zone.
Can I use it at the kiosk?
Yes. Sign in with your phone number on the kiosk and the 10% comes off your race heats. To get your pass the first time, use this page, the app or the front desk.
Can I use it at the front desk?
Yes. Give the desk your phone number and they'll see your pass. Not verified yet? The desk can start VerifyPass for you on the spot.
Does it work with promo codes?
It doesn't stack with a promo code. You get whichever one saves you more.
Do I need a separate pass for HeadPinz?
No. The same Military Pass takes 10% off hourly and unlimited bowling at HeadPinz Fort Myers and Naples.
Where do I see my pass?
In the app under Passes, and on your account when you book online.
